Directed by Harish Seshadri, 'The Cyclist' is a play written by Vijay Tendulkar. It is a dark comedy. It is a skillfully crafted, uninterrupted single piece about the adventure of life told through a cyclist's journey.
The cyclist is not about one, but about three journeys: Apart from being a journey of geographical terms, it is a psychological exploration of the protagonist's mind and offers insights into the historical significance of the bicycle.
