Superstar Rajinikanth is back in full health and he is gearing up to take off with his ambitious movie Rana. However, the update from Chennai is that the team is working on changing the script a bit. This is to ensure that Rajini doesn't have to undergo any physical strain. This is being directed by K S Ravikumar and it is heard that recently the director along with lyricist Vairamuthu went and met Rajini to discuss about the changes in script.
