That seems to be the question which has popped up in many minds since the buzz has begun about the forthcoming venture 'Leader'. Sources say that the film has been made at a whopping budget of Rs 15 crores. Apparently, the team had to come up with a literal replica of the entire assembly which in itself is a major assignment. Credit for getting that erected goes to Thota Tharani and the film has Daggubati Rana making his debut into the film industry.
