The maverick moviemaker Mani Ratnam has always been known for his style of moviemaking. Now, it is heard that he has gone all the way to Andaman and Nicobar islands.
 
The reason for that is the shooting of his new movie Kadal which marks the debut of Gautham and Tulasi in the lead. Sources say few key scenes of the movie would be canned in Andaman.
 
The music is composed by Madras Mozart A R Rahman and the camera is being cranked by the ace Rajeev Menon. The film also has action king Arjun along with the handsome Arvind Swami.
