The time has come for yet another magnum opus to take off because the showman of the south Shankar is gearing up for a new project. This time he is teaming up with the handsome hero Vikram.
 
The leading lady for this project is the lovely smile beauty Samantha and the film would be produced by AM Rathnam. It is heard that Samantha has given bulk dates to Shankar.
 
Sources say the film would be based on the election commission and the voting system. Currently, Shankar is waiting for Vikram to return from London as he is busy shooting for his movie Thaandavam.
