Story:

A bloodridden tale, the story is set on the backdrop of Goripalayam, a place near Madurai and here lives Azhagar ( Harish) along with his group of friends A to Z ( Ramakrishnan), Azhagappa ( Manivannan) and Inippu Murugan ( Prakash). The entire gang is vagabonds but then they are good at heart and have a helping nature. The story takes a turn with the arrival of two brothers Karutha Pandi (nandha) and Viruman (ravi), sons of the powerful and rich Kazhuvanandan (alex). They mistake that their sister is in love with Azhagar and kill her, eventually they begin to chase him as well and hire a contract killer Pandi (vikranth). What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a hard hitting subject and though his presentation was okay, the narrative was not there. The dialogues were alright, the script was mediocre and the screenplay was weak. Background score was good but songs were a letdown, cinematography was nice. Editing could have been better, costumes and art department didn't have much to do. Harish has done his job in a decent manner, Ramakrishnan was neat, Manivannan made an impact. Vikranth was effective, Alex was okay and others did their bit to add value.

Conclusion:
Though the attempt to come up with a racy action treat was good, the makers were focusing only on the bloodshed and the extreme gore in the scenes rather than providing content and giving a twist to the story. While the first half has less scenes of violence, the second half has got every scene with one dead body falling. The technical aspects of the film were okay but the execution has been weak. Overall, the film will appeal to those front benchers who like seeing mindless violence otherwise it will not work.

Bharatstudent Verdict: Gory and violent, could have been softer
