The talented actor Chiyaan Vikram who has been going on a rough patch with flops like Raavanan and Rajapattai, is riding high on big budget releases. He is essaying the lead role in UTV's Thaandavam, Bejoy Nambiar's David and Shankar's I. While Thaandavam and David have been made on a budget of Rs 50 crores each, Shankar's I is believed to have been made at Rs 80 crores . The actor is facing stiff competition from his peers in the Tamil film industry who have set the cash registers ringing at the box office. Vikram needs a hit to be back in the reckoning. |
