A budding hero in the Kollywood circuit is Shiv Pandit and though he hails from Mumbai he has managed to strike a chord with the Tamil masses.
 
Recently he was sharing his thoughts when he reportedly mentioned that he finds south Indian girls to be the prettiest. Shiv shot to fame with the film Leelai which got a very good response.
 
He recalled how he got a call from director Andrew Louis out of the blue and wanted him to be the hero of the movie. Despite having a language barrier, Shiv came up with a convincing performance.
