Ilaythalapathy Vijay has been quite busy with the shooting of his new movie Thuppaki and this is being directed by the genius A R Murugadoss. Now, it is heard that the film has got a release date.
 
The makers are looking at August 15th for the release. The major part of the shooting is already wrapped up and the music is composed by Harris Jayaraj. This is an action thriller on the backdrop of Mumbai.
 
Vijay is pairing up with the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal in the lead and the cinematography is by Santosh Sivan. Interestingly, Vijay has rendered his voice for  a song in the film.
