The highly seductive Sona Nair has always been known for her conventional roles be it the small screen or the silver screen but now she has decided to break the barriers.
 
It is heard that she is essaying the role of a high profile sex worker in the new telefilm titled as Anavrutayaya Kapalika. This is being made by her good friend Preethi Panicker.
 
The telefilm is inspired from a play which was written by the late N N Pillai and then it became a movie which had actress Sheela playing the lead. The script for the telefilm is by Rajeev Gopalakrishnan.
