This might sound unusual but then it is true. Recently the audio release function of the film No.66 Madurai Bus took place and the venue was the Poojappura Central Jail.
 
It is heard that this was the decision of the director M A Nishad and the inmates of the prison were the participants in the audio release event. The presence of the lead pair Pasupathy and Mallika was the highlight.
 
Sources say the story revolves around the life of a prisoner who gets three days of freedom before he gets back to prison. It also focuses on the isolation a convict's family faces in society.
