Story:
A known tale, the story begins with Rajakumar (upendra) who is currently facing the danger of landing in prison for a long time. The reason for that is the complaint by his boss Sonia (celina) about harassment. At this point comes Priya (priyanka), wife of Rajakumar to reopen the case and prove her husband's innocence. Flashback goes that Sonia and Rajakumar have a relationship but they don't get married. After a hiatus, Sonia returns as the wife of an old business tycoon and she wants Rajakumar to fulfil her lust. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a known storyline and while the presentation was alright, the narrative was mild. The dialogues were not powerful, the script was well written but had few visible flaws while the screenplay was moderate. Background score was good in parts and two songs were upto the mark. Cinematography was standard. Editing could have been better. Costumes were stylish and trendy while the art department was rich. This is a rather unusual role from Upendra and his clean shave look is not that appealing. Celina looks sizzling hot and makes up for the visual feast. Priyanka comes up with a decent performance and she scores the brownie points. Kota was hilarious. Prem Chopra was not used to his potential, same with Sayaji Shinde. The others didn't have much scope.

Conclusion:
The film happens to be the remake of the Bollywood film Aitraaz which in turn was the inspiration from the Hollywood flick Disclosure. Anyways, the Kannada version lacked the grip and the only thing that might pull some audience is the hot scenes and the drama in court. While the first half is about the layering of the plot, the second half deals with the courtroom drama and the flashback. Overall, this is a film which came in with high expectations but doesn't have that depth to keep the audience engaged. At the box office, this could be a below average grosser.
