Piracy, whether video or audio is a problem that the Indian cinema industry has been fighting for a very long time. Recently, Mr Sangeeth Menon from Calicut had made a new system known as Glass Master Locking System which can be used to avoid piracy. Anand Audio has used this technology in the audio of Bagyadha Balegara, which has the maestro Ilayaraja as the music director. This new technology ensures a huge drop in the music quality of the pirated CDs. According to sources, this new technology would not cost much and would probably cost 3 rupees more for a CD.
