The new film Kalpana is currently in the making and it is starred by real star Upendra and the luscious seductress Lakshmi Rai. The film has been certified with U/A certificate by the Bangalore Regional Censor Board. The film is directed and produced by Ram Narayan and has been slated for a grand release on 28th September across the state. The expectations are high on this movie for obvious reasons. . Upendra dons a special role in the film which is a remake of Kanchana, the Tamil hit movie directed by Raghava Lawrence. The dubbed version of this movie also fared well at the box office.
