Usually films are made on gangsters and mafia men who are no longer living but currently one film is being made and this is based on the lives of two dons who are still alive.
 
Of course both have quit their nefarious activities. They are the duo of Sridhar and Muthappa Rai and the person to make this happen is director Sumana Kitturu of Slum Bala fame.
 
It is heard that her new venture has been titled as Edegarike and this is based on the novel written with the same name by the noted journo Agni Sridhar. The film has Atul Kulkarni doing one of the leads.
