One of the biggest hits of the recent times is Vishnuvardhana and this had Kicha Sudeep in the lead. Till recently talks were on about remaking the film in the Kollywood circuit.
 
It is heard that debutante director Pon Kumaran who comes from Chennai had been keen on remaking the film with Tamil superstar Vijay and has approached him.
 
However, sources say Vijay has been quite caught up with his other projects and it would take a time. That is the reason why Kumaran is back and is busy with Charulatha.
