A concern has taken over the Khanna family. It is heard that the handsome veteran Vinod Khanna has been opting out of his movies including his current one 'One and Only'. The reason for that is his health problem. Sources say that Vinod has developed a severe back ache and he must go abroad to get that treated. It is heard that Vinod was to pair with Poonam Dhillon for the first time but that looks highly unlikely now. Get well soon Vinod!!!
