Presentation: The director has come up with a sensible and light hearted storyline and both the presentation and narrative were top standard. The dialogues were hilarious, the script was good, the screenplay was adequate. Background score and songs were the major highlight and score brownie points. Cinematography was masterly, editing was crisp but it could have been better during the second half. Costumes were trendy and the art department was awesome. Ranbir Kapoor came up with an excellent performance and he will steal hearts. Katrina looks more gorgeous than ever and this time, she also proves her mettle as an actress. Upen Patel is neat, Darshan was super, Govind Namdeo was great, Salman made his presence felt though brief, Smita was sensible, Zakir Hussain was alright. The others contributed and added value. Conclusion: The film is a complete entertainer and the first half comes out with flying colors. However, it is the second half when the momentum comes down and things tend to become filmy and predictable. However, it catches up before the climax and overall, turns out to be a good product. The technical aspects are high quality and the performances were equally efficient. With so much happening, one can ignore the small hiccups and experience a heart rendering tale. This will appeal strongly with the youth audience and the box office will shine as well. Bharatstudent Verdict : Well knit tale, strongly recommended |
