It appears that one of the biggest and noted banners of Bollywood is in some major legal and financial mess. We are talking about the noted banner Shri Ashtavinayak Films.
 
They are currently the producers of the film Bol Bachchan. It is heard that a case has been filed against the banner by financier Raju Shah after his dues for Rs 41 crores were not cleared.
 
The court has reportedly declared the company as a defaulter and has demanded them to disclose all the agreements for Bol Bachchan. This has come across as a surprise to many in tinsel town.
