Former model and actress Lisa Ray had been diagnosed with multiple myeloma which is an incurable form of blood cancer. The actress has been fighting hard against the cancer and has been undergoing chemotherapy. Meanwhile, sources indicate that the Canada born Indian actress will undergo stem cell transplant which will begin next week. It is scheduled to take place at a city hospital. According to this method, her own stem cells will be released into her blood which will be collected and frozen.
