For all those who did not know, Krittibas Ojha is the medieval poet who translated the epic Ramayana into Bengali. The microfilm of this oldest script is kept at Krittibas Memorial Library and Museum in Nadia. The library has one of biggest collections of literature related to Ramayana and its translation in 10 languages. However the condition of this library seems to be in a very bad condition. Sources indicate that the years of neglect of this place might have even damaged the important record.
