So far, hero Dev has been seen in commercial roles and as a mainstream hero but now it is heard that he has decided to come out of his comfort zone.
 
News is that Dev has been approached to do the characters of Goopi and Bagha in a contemporary mode. This proposal has been made by Rangan Chakravarthy and Dev has reportedly agreed.
 
The characters are quite famous in Bengali circles and they are creation of Upendrakishore Roychowdhury. Sharing his thoughts, Dev reportedly mentioned that he is welcome to such projects.
