Another case of plagiarism is currently on at the court and this is between Kapil Chopra and the Bhatt duo Mahesh and Mukesh. Kapil claimed that the screenplay of Jannat 2 was completely his.
 
Now, it is heard that the court has ordered the Bhatts to deposit Rs 10 lakhs as conditional order so that the satellite rights of the film can be released.
 
Buzz is that Kapil had met director Kunal Deshmukh and left his script but despite several calls no reply came and suddenly the film shaped up. However, all this has been quashed by Mahesh Bhatt.
