London, July 19 :  Filmmaker Guy Ritchie's girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley has sparked pregnancy rumours after she was pictured cupping her stomach at the premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises".

The 30-year-old model has been dating 43-year-old Ritchie since April 2010 and they have a son, Rafael.

The couple are reportedly ready to become parents again after Ainsley showed off her noticeably larger belly Wednesday, reports contactmusic.com.

This will be Ritchie's fourth child. He shares biological son, Rocco, 11, and an adopted son, David, six, with his ex-wife Madonna.
