Los Angeles, July 3 :  Rapper Kanye West and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian showed off their caring side by visiting Children's Hospital here.

The couple took time out from its busy schedule to tour the wards June 29, greeting sick youngsters and their families, reports contactmusic.com.

They also helped boost the spirits of teenager Alexandrea Vizcarra, who is in the facility as she awaits a bone marrow transplant.
