Food connoisseurs in Mumbai today experienced a cooking demo of a unique kind when Godrej Nature's Basket showcased easy to do anti ageing food at its Juhu store. The demonstration was conducted by gastronome and food consultant, Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal, accompanied by the cast of the recently released anti ageing comedy- Love, Wrinkle-Free.
Ash Chandler and Shernaz Patel, protagonists of this rather offbeat, lighthearted, rom-com that goes beyond cosmetic barriers, too displayed their culinary skills and helped helped Rushina dish out some interesting and innovative creations like the Love, Wrinkle-Free special salad with Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans, (considered as one of the world's healthiest food), Minted Watermelon and lime Aqua Fresca and the cheeky very berry botox injections. Rushina had earlier kickstarted the workshop with a refreshing and aromatic tea made with Spearmint that has abundant antioxidants along with vitamin A and beta carotene amongst others.
What made the event even more interesting was the talented Ash Chandler who showcased some of his on screen humour with his stand up jokes and singer Shibani Kashyap who hit the right notes and had the guests singing with her melodious tracks.
