Story: A romantic tale, the story begins with two entirely different persons. While Uday (siddarth) is a happy go lucky rich boy who lives abroad, Sandhya (shamili) happens to be an orthodox girl living in Vizag and she has strong faith in numerology and other aspects. Uday's life takes a turn when he chances upon Sandhya and he falls in love with her at first sight. With the help of his friend Fatso (krishnudu), Uday locates the place of Sandhya and eventually hides his true identity and stays as a PG at her place. Soon, he begins to convey his feelings for her and though Sandhya is stern in the start, she slowly begins to like him and eventually they fall in love. However, a shocking truth is revealed which changes the path of their lives. What is that and how they face it forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a storyline that has sentiment, romance and tragedy. The presentation was good but the narrative could have been more focused. The dialogues are alright, the script was written okay and the screenplay was apt. Background score and songs score good marks and atleast three to four songs can be taken home. Cinematography is the major highlight and editing was neat. Art department and costumes did their bit. Siddarth gave a justified performance and he has improved his dance too. Shamili is plain and she is not upto the hype that was generated, firstly she has to do something about her weight and size. Napoleon was brief, Krishnudu was cute, Sunil and his colleague gave some really hearty moments, Pradeep Rawat's scene was not required, Surekha Vani looked sexy. The others did their bit as required.

Conclusion: The film takes off on a flying note and it sets good expectations for the second half. However, the film loses track during the second half and it takes a while before the climax and ending put things into shape. Few episodes in the movie were not called for and the director could have focused on building the romance and the bond instead of unwanted comedy. The technical values of the film are quite high and the film is good in parts but overall, this will appeal to the youth audience a lot than any other category. Bharatstudent Verdict : Average. Can be watched once.. |
