Story: A messy tale, the story begins with Ram (charan) who is a student in Australia and he loves graffiti. He is very agitated and when asked for the reason by the cop Abhishek (prakashraj), he reveals his flashback. It is about his love and hate relationship with Jaanu (Genelia) and how they are complete opposites when it comes to love ideology. While Ram doesn't believe in lying and love for a lifetime, Jaanu has a strong belief in love and that too for a lifetime. This leads to the friction between both and whether they come together or not forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a puzzling storyline and though the presentation was good, the narrative was disappointing. The dialogues were weak, the script was utterly confusing and the screenplay was okay. Background score and songs are the major highlights for the film. Cinematography was top notch. Editing was crisp. Costumes were excellent and art department was creative. Fights were okay. Ramcharan Tej did his bit as required and gave justice to the new image. Genelia was a shocker, she looks shrunk and drained out, that bright glow and innocent charm is gone. Shahzahn Padamsee is attractive, she has good charms. Prakashraj was regular, Brahmi was average, Prabhu was okay, Pavitra was beautiful, Sameer was standard. Vennela Kishore was wasted. The others didn't have much to offer.

Conclusion: The film is an attempt to portray love in a different manner but in this process, the makers have created a mess of it. While the first half was somewhat confusing and complicated, the second half gets into some action but soon, even that fails to gather momentum. Overall, the film is good in technical and production values but very weak in content and concept. With literally no comedy, no romance and no sentimental scenes, this is neither a youth entertainer nor is it a mass treat. At the box office, this will sink. Bharatstudent Verdict : Terrible!! |
