Story:

A passable tale, the story is about Siddhu (Siddharth) who is a happy go lucky guy and is a major admirer of girls, true to his charms he has enough girls following him too. His life takes a turn when his friends group is joined by a new girl Geeta (Tamannah) who comes from a village and is the cousin of one of Siddhu's friends. Meanwhile, the playful nature of Siddhu does not impress Geeta the least bit and it is not until she knows about his painful past. Apparently, Siddhu's parents Prakash (Prakashraj) and Rajyalakshmi (Ramya) have been living separately from the past eighteen years and theirs happens to be a love marriage. The story gets a new twist when Siddhu and Geeta fall in love and he comes to her village to speak to her father Subramaniam (Nasser) who dotes on his daughter completely and equally strong is Geeta's feeling towards her father. However, Subramaniam is not too keen on Siddhu's proposal and indicates about his family background. He agrees to get them both married if Siddhu can reunite his own parents. From then on, Siddhu and Geeta come up with their trials to get both Prakash and Rajyalakshmi together. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:

The director has come up with a noble intention and plot but then he should have focused more on the narration aspect. The presentation part is fine with some really good musical scores and songs combined with top notch cinematography. The script was written meekly, the screenplay was executed neatly. A lot of credit goes to the music department for coming up with good songs and even the cinematography was good during the songs and certain scenes. Editing could have been crisp and this would have helped the continuity. The other departments were just about okay. Siddarth was the centre of focus throughout the film and he shouldered his responsibility neatly, Tamannah was gorgeous as usual but then her acting skills still need to be developed. Prakashraj and Ramya Krishna suited their roles but somehow Ramya was rather aloof and did not deliver her part during the emotional scenes that well. Brahmanandam was barely upto the mark, Venu Madhav was hilarious. The others contributed as per standard.

Conclusion:

The film had a very appreciating concept given the importance of family and the strength of love that needs to be intact but then such themes need to be delivered with maximum punch so that it strikes a chord with the audience, this was missing due to the random and abrupt change of scenes. While the first half passes off without any issues into the regular comedy and romance, the second half was crucial and it turned quite melodramatic. One cannot forget the shades of 'Bommarillu' while watching the film. The film will appeal to the family audience and the youth audience in a way and it might turn out to be a decent profits giver at the box office but don't expect a super success.
