Story: A boring tale, the story begins with Siddu (siddarth) who is a happy go lucky student with a gang of friends. His father (bheemaneni) is a government employee hoping to see his son get a government job. Siddu gets attracted to his classmate Geetha (aishwarya) but few incidents happen and he is deserted by her and his friends. The story takes a turn when Siddu chances upon Sangeetha (rakul preet) and tries to woo her. But even she tags him as a loser. Meanwhile, Siddu's father's hard earned money goes waste in attempts to get a government job as Siddu spends them. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a routine storyline and while the presentation was okay, the narrative was not strong. The dialogues were average at places, the script was weak and the screenplay was mediocre. Background score was good and but the songs were not good. Cinematography was just passable. Editing was regular. Costumes were colorful while the art department was appealing. Siddarth is alright but he has to work on few departments to prove his mettle as a hero, Rakul Preet looks cute and puts an effort, Aishwarya was decent, Bheemaneni was matured. The others did their bit as required mechanically.

Conclusion: With creativity and variety being the strongest demand of audience, it is surprising to see how films like this still come. The mundane formula treats have been experienced by them several times before. The same is the problem with this film. While the first half goes about in a lighter vein with romance, songs etc, the second half gets into some seriousness and message for the youth. Overall, this is a film which has nothing different or engaging for the audience. At the box office, success is highly doubtful. Bharatstudent verdict: A poor wave... |
