Golimaar Tollywood Movie Review
An action packed tale, the story begins with Gangaram (gopi) whose sole dream in life is to become a cop. With hard work he does become a policeman and owing to his brave acts, he gets promoted as an encounter specialist. He is given a mission to clean the gangs of Khaleel (kelly) and Saleem (shawar). Gangaram gets going with his act and becomes famous as well, he also meets Pavitra (priyamani) and both of them fall in love. However, there are those rotten apple in the department who frame him and try to get him out of the way. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Golimaar Telugu Cinema Review
The director has come up with a routine tale of violence and both the presentation and narrative were okay. The script was regular, the screenplay was not that engaging. Background score was good, one song was worthy. Cinematography was standard, not good nor bad either. Editing was crisp. Costumes were alright and art department was impressive. Gopichan did his bit as required and made his presence felt, Priyamani was voluptuous and gave the visual feast wherever required. Kelly Dorjee was classy, Nasser was natural, Mukhthar Khan was okay, Ali was not used to the fullest, Jeeva was brief.
Golimaar Filem Review
The film is basically an inspiration from the life of Daya Naik, the noted encounter specialist and though the makers tried their best to put it in pace and action, it was not upto the mark. While the first half goes about in a smooth fashion, the second half gets into a bit of a drag before the unusual twist takes place and culminates into a predictable climax. As such, the film is a commercial entertainer and there is not much of content or entertaining elements. At the box office, it will be an average entertainer.
