Eega Tollywood Movie Review

Story: Nani (Nani) is a happy go lucky guy who falls in love with Bindu (Samantha). Bindu also loves him but she never expresses it to him openly. She runs a charity institution and is a miniature artist. On the other hand, there is Sudeep (Sudeep) a business tycoon who has a strong eye for beautiful women and would not stop at anything to get them. The story takes a turn when Sudeep eyes Bindu and desires her. But he discovers Bindu’s feelings for Nani. Sudeep kills Nani and the young man takes a rebirth as a housefly to take revenge. Whether he is successful or not forms the rest of the story.

Eega Telugu Cinema Review

Presentation: The director has come up with an unusual storyline and while the presentation was mindblowing, the narrative was excellent. The dialogues were well written, the script was sensible and the screenplay was gripping. Background score was the key highlight and two songs were worth listening. Cinematography was exceptional. Editing was sharp and to the point. Costumes were natural and trendy while the art department was impressive. Nani has got a brief role but he made his presence felt. Samantha looks cute and she delivered her role as required. The real show stealer was Sudeep who came up with a riveting performance and had good intensity. As for the graphical character Eega, it is worth a visual treat.  The others didn’t have much scope.

Conclusion: Firstly, the film has come up with a pathbreaking concept of introducing a housefly and a lot of work has gone behind the screen. The director must be appreciated for his belief in the subject and the confidence with which he brought it to the audience. While the first half takes off on a lighter note with few interesting sequences, the interval bang is good. The second half gets onto the conflict part and it ends in a good climax. Overall, this is a film which is rich in technical values and neat in content. At the box office, it will appeal to all genres of audience and is sure to score a big hit.
