Story: A twisted tale of love, the story begins with Sri (Srinivas) who is in love with a girl and he also gives her 3 lakhs to help her problems. Instead, the girl takes the money and elopes with another guy. Sri decides never to fall in love. On the other hand, there is Shreya (reshma) who is friends with a guy. But the guy mistakes that to be love and begins acting possessive. Shreya is upset with that and decides never to make friendship with a guy. The story takes a turn when both their paths meet and what happens from there forms the rest of the tale. |
Presentation: The director has come up with a noted storyline and while the presentation was decent, the narrative was excellent. The dialogues were good at place but most of them carried double meaning. The script was well written and the screenplay was gripping. Background score was nice and two songs were well shot. Cinematography was appealing. Editing was good but it was required during the second half. Costumes were stylish while the art department was upto the mark. Srinivas has come up with a captivating performance given his debut, same is the case with Reshma who resembles Trisha in few angles. Another highlight performance was from Sai. MS Narayana was a show stealer with his cameo. Ambati Srinivas was good, Bhargavi was effective. The others did their bit as required. |
Conclusion: The film comes across as a regular youth love story but it sure has enough material to capture the audience of the youngsters. While the first half is filled with comedy, songs and romance, it is the second half which gets into the plot and progresses. The film clicks due to the performances and the technical values. If only the editing was better and the screenplay matured during the climax, the film would have created a much stronger impact. The double meaning dialogues are too much. At the box office, the film will surely make profits due to the modest budget and positive talk but this is not a flick for family audience. Bharatstudent verdict: Complete youthful entertainer |
