Story: A well knit tale, the story begins with an honest man Prasad (rajendra prasad) who works as a security guard at an ATM. He has his daughter who is detected with cancer and that requires huge money. Prasad tries everything but fails. At that point, an incident happens wherein he emerges as a Swamiji. He becomes famous and his statements are considered as orders. But one such line from him affects the life of Venkatesam (sivaji) who is in love with Anjali (anisha). How is that possible? Does Prasad get successful in saving his daughter’s life? All this forms the rest of the story. |
Presentation: The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was good, the narrative was appealing. The dialogues were entertaining, the script was written with sensibility and screenplay was prompt. Background score was good and two songs were decent. Cinematography was upto the mark. Editing was apt. Costumes were average while the art department was rich. Rajendra Prasad has come up with another interesting performance and he creates an impact. Sai Kumar was wonderful and in his brief role, he was impressive. Sivaji was upto the mark. Anisha looks seductive and was nice in performance. Sivaprasad was apt. Srinivasa Reddy brought many smiles. Ali was alright. Venu Madhav was okay. |
Conclusion: The film comes across as something with controversial flavour given the getup of Rajendra Prasad but eventually it is not so. While the first half goes on a lighter note with the elements of comedy and romance, it is the second half that comes into the real plot and has some interesting twists. Overall, it is the message of the film that has a positive impact. While the content is good, the technical values were a little low. At the box office, this has the potential to score but strong promotion is required. Bharatstudent verdict: Passable entertainer, can be watched once |
