Story: A remake tale, the story is about Saravanan (vimal) who falls in love with Sandhya (nisha) and after the regular yes and no she says yes to him. However, few issues crop up and they part ways. In comes Thyagu (santhanam) the close friend of Saravanan. And due to certain incidents both Saravanan and Sandhya have to come together. They start getting close to each other again and decide to get married. But another twist occurs which puts their relationship to test. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with an remake storyline and while the presentation was alright, the narrative was average. The dialogues were meaningful at places, the script was well written and the screenplay was adequate. Background score was good and the songs were worth listening. Cinematography was good and editing could have been better at few places. Costumes were stylish and well designed. The art department was more youthful. Vimal has given a very good performance and he fits the bill. Nisha looks naturally sensuous and she reminds her sister Kajal Agarwal in many angles. Santhanam was a showstealer again with his one-liners. Parvathi Nifran was neat, Pragathi was matured, Yuvarani was okay.

Conclusion: The film happens to be the remake of the Telugu movie Emaindhi Ee Vela which scored a big hit. Not much changes have happened in the remake tale and everything looks like lift and shift. While the fist half goes about in an element of humour, romance and the regular youth stuff, the second half has some seriousness and also a message for the audience. At the box office, the film has the potential to gain profits.
