Bheema Kollywood Movie Review

True to mark Vikram's words, 'Bheema' is a total package of full entertainment. The film revolves around the gang war between two factions. One headed by Periyavar (Raghuvaran) who are more influential and well established while the other is headed by Chinna (Prakash Raj) who are relatively inexperienced but is desperate to find a footing. Things change when Shekhar (Vikram) enters the scene and joins Chinna, from then on the tables turn and with the help of Shekhar, Chinna reaches great heights in power and shoulder to shoulder with Periyavar. On the other hand, there is the new police Commissioner (Ashish Vidyarthi) who is on a massive hunt for both the gangs. What happens in the end? Is Shekhar successful in taking Chinna to the top? Does the police commissioner get successful in his hunt? All this forms the rest of the story.

Bheema Tamil Cinema Review

Director Lingusamy needs to be given full marks for his impeccable direction and the way he has kept the whole film together. The presentation was clean and the narration was equally good. He made the smart move of not including any comedy in such a serious environment. He was well supported by the other departments with some mesmerizing music by Harris Jayaraj, some brilliant camera by Rajashekhar and some breathtaking action sequences by Kanal Kannan. Vikram was the show stealer in the entire movie with his powerful performance and his transition from a rough man to a tender man in the love scenes was excellent. Trisha provided the required glamour with her new looks. Prakash Raj as Chinna was an actor par excellence and the presence of Raghuvaran was majestic though a bit theatrical at times. Ashish Vidyarthi as the cop was practical.

Bheema Filem Review

A good action subject well handled in the script and presented in equally interesting manner, the first half takes off quickly and with the right blend of action and romance gives a breather to the audience during the intermission. The momentum again picks up in the second half and the best part of the film is the climax. With all factors coming together in favor of the film, it has got all the ingredients to make a hit .

Bharatstudent verdict : Worth watching!! Only for action buffs and serious movie goers.
