Story:
A rather interesting
voyage, the story begins with a dead body lying near a canoe of a middle aged
man. Three women come rushing to identify the person and it is revealed that
each of them have been a part of this man's life at one point of time, his name
is Kutty Sranku (Mammootty). Firstly, there is Revamma (padmapriya) whose lover
is killed by her father and is helped by Sranku, she rebukes Sranku for his act
and pleads with him to drop her at the boat to Gaya as she wants to embrace
Buddhism. Then, there is Pemmana (kamalini) who falls for Sranku at the first
sight and offers herself to him without hesitation, since then, she pleads with
Sranku to drop his anchor near her place, her desperation for him is strong.
Lastly, there is the fearsome Kali (meena) who at one point fears Sranku since
he comes to kill her but a twist of fate makes her bring him back to life. So,
is Kutty Sranku really dead? Who among the three own him? All this forms the
rest of the story.
