Vishnuvardhana Sandalwood Movie Review
A tale of twists, the story begins with Vishnuvardhana (sudeep), a poor man who wants to become rich. He also has an astrologer friend Nimbehannu (arun). Vishnu is a happy go lucky person and his life takes a turn when he chances upon the mobile phone of Don Adi Sesha (sonu sood). A situation happens wherein Vishnu gets a chance to pocket Rs 1 crore. However, the mobile has secret information that Adi Sesha is desperately looking for. Meanwhile, Vishnu comes across Meera (priyamani) who wants him to kill Adi Sesha. The further twist occurs when Adi Sesha gives a deal to Vishnu to kill someone. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Vishnuvardhana Kannada Cinema Review
The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was appealing, the narrative was good in parts. The script was written well and the screenplay was upto the mark. Background score was strong and three songs were impressive. Cinematography was just okay. Editing was required during the second half. Costumes were natural and stylish while the art department was appealing. Kicha Sudeep has come up with a sound performance and he will strike a chord with the masses. Bhavana looks beautiful and makes her presence felt. Priyamani looks sizzling hot. Sonu Sood was excellent. Arun Kumar brought few smiles. Kari Subbu, Ravi Chetan and others were there to fill the screen.
Vishnuvardhana Filem Review
The film came in with a lot of headlines and an element of controversy given the title of the film. However, it has nothing to do with the Kannada icon Vishnuvardhan. While the first half goes about with the lighter elements of romance and comedy, it is the second half that gets into some serious action and many twists. Overall, this is a film which has been made with proper commercial ingredients. At the box office, this will appeal to the mass audience so commercial success is strong.
