Story: Shiva (shivarajkumar) is a very courageous man and is very strong. He is living in the house of Panduranga Shetty (rangayana) and there is a reason for that. Meanwhile, Julie (raagini) is the daughter of a honest journalist (suchindra) and she mistakes Shiva as son of Panduranga Shetty. She wants to take revenge and stabs Shiva but his real identity is revealed later. Shiva is the son of a jockey (Ravi Kale) at the turf club but due to certain situations he stays at Shetty’s home. However, there are three bad guys who are there and how Shiva deals with them forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a conventional storyline and while the presentation was grand, the narrative was good in parts.  The dialogues were hero oriented, the script was okay and the screenplay was average. Background score was suitable and three songs were great. Cinematography was top notch. Editing was required at few places. Costumes were stylish and trendy while the art department was rich. Shivarajkumar has given a committed performance and it is a treat for his fans. Raagini Dwivedi is mindblowing sexy and her smoking hot sex appeal works. Rangayana Raghu was regular. Ravi Kale was neat. Gurudut was general, Ravishanker was routine. The others did their bit as required.
 

Conclusion: This happens to be the 101st movie of century star Shivarajkumar so the hype and propaganda was strong. As such, this is a routine formula entertainer made with the fans in mind. While the first half goes on a predictable line with elements of romance, comedy and action, the second half is more on the revealing mode and the melodrama angle. Overall, this is a film which will have strong openings but super hit status would be difficult at the box office.
