Nam Aerali Ondina Sandalwood Movie Review
A predictable tale, the story begins with Chinna (aneesh) who failed tenth standard and is a vagabond. His life takes a turn when he sees Chinnu (meghana) and it is love at first sight. However, Chinnu lays a condition that he must get a job and earn Rs 5000 so that she can talk to her mother and things will be fine. Chinna say yes and in no time, he gets his 'first salary' and also few sweets. However, Chinnu discovers the real reason how Chinna got the money and leaves him. Chinna tries hard but in vain. Added to that, the entry of Aravind (rakshit shetty) causes further trouble. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Nam Aerali Ondina Kannada Cinema Review
The director has come up with a predictable storyline and though the presentation was good, the narrative could have been better. The dialogues were okay, the script had few loopholes, the screenplay was apt. Background score was good and two songs were alright. Cinematography was a highlight. Editing was a failure. Costumes were good and the art department was convincing. Aneesh did his bit in the required manner and justified his role. Meghana looks simple and that has given her a good appeal. Kuri Pratap was annoying, Rakshin Shetty was good, Ramesh Mandya was regular, the others didn't have much to offer.
Nam Aerali Ondina Filem Review
The film takes off on a promising note and there are few interesting moments as well but eventually the graph falls down. While the first half is captivating and puts the audience into the groove, the second half goes reeling down and dragged into various unwanted things taking away the flavor. Overall, the film has few good moments but then it lacks the feel to keep the audience engaged and satisfied throughout the duration. At the box office, this might just get past average mark if the word of mouth is positive.
