Krishnan Marriage Story Sandalwood Movie Review
A good tale gone bad, the story begins with Krishna (ajay) who is the darling to his big family and he is on the search for the right life partner. While his entire family (nagendra shah, vinayaprakash, jai jagadish etc) bring out their choices, Krishna is not happy. As a result, he decides to go to his grandmother for a break. It is here Krishna chances upon the naughty Khushi (nidhi). Her beauty and her nature appeals to him and he falls in love with her. After few hiccups, both decide to get married. The story takes a turn when Khushi is diagnosed with a disease. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Krishnan Marriage Story Kannada Cinema Review
The director has come up with a thoughtful storyline and while the presentation was average, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were moderate, the script was not that strong and the screenplay was decently effective. Background score was haunting and three songs were very good. Cinematography was the highlight. Editing was neat but it could have been trimmed at few places. Costumes were stylish and elegant while the art department was apt. Ajay Rao has come up with a responsible act and he revealed the performer in him. Nidhi Subbaiah was sizzling hot and she gives a visual feast with her sex appeal. Nagendra Shah was natural, Vinayaprakash was versatile, Jai Jagdish was good.
Krishnan Marriage Story Filem Review
As such, the film takes off as an interesting entertainer and sets good expectations but after a while, the interest begins to come down. The first half is impressive and the interval bang keeps the audience in a high. However, the second half begins to dwindle and the momentum slacks down. Everything becomes routine. With this, the viewers are better off watching the first half and leaving the theatres. The film can be watched for Nidhi and some decent technical values but success at the box office is unlikely.
