Kalla Malla Sulla Sandalwood Movie Review

An engaging tale, the story begins with Ramesh (ramesh) who runs a newspaper and he along with his photographer Raghu (vijaya raghavendra) catch Ravi (ravichandran) with a woman. They take a picture and show it to Ravi's wife Pooja (Monica). She gives a tough time to Ravi and he decides to take revenge. In comes the seductive Kushi (ragini) who lures Ramesh and this is the plan of Ravi. On the other hand, Raghu is in love with Sanjana (rishika). Ramesh's link with Kushi is leaked and even Raghu also gets caught in the trap. Now, both Ramesh and Raghu have to search for Kushi to solve their problems. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Kalla Malla Sulla Kannada Cinema Review

The director has come up with an entertaining storyline and while the presentation was neat, the narrative was strong. The dialogues were witty and they were good at places. The script was well written and the screenplay was alright. Background score was good and three songs were hummable. Cinematography was effective. Editing was regular. Costumes were stylish and trendy while the art department was appealing and rich. Ramesh Aravind came up with an excellent performance. Ragini looks sizzling hot. Vijaya Raghavendra was funny. Rishika is very sexy. Ravichandran was good. Monica was moderate. The rest didn't have much to offer.

Kalla Malla Sulla Filem Review

The film is the remake of the Bollywood super hit No Entry which was also remade into Tamil as Charlie Chaplin. However, measures were taken to induce some nativity and it works for the film. While the first half goes about with the various layers of the couple, the second half gets into the twists and the comedy of errors. Overall, the film scores on the comedy and the performances of the cast. There is enough glamour quotient for the mass audience as well. At the box office, this will be an above average grosser.
