Story:
A pure adaptation of the Bollywood film 'Baghban' but presented in a very decent manner. The story is about Harish Raj and Nandini (Vishnu Varshan and Jayaprada) who give their heart and soul to give comfort to the lives of their three children. Time passes and when Harish retires, he summons all family and announces that he is penniless much to the shock of his children. They finally agree to take in Harish and Nandini but in different houses of each son and Harish agrees to this reluctantly on the word of Nandini. Trouble begins when he is ridiculed for small things and things become equally bad for Nandini too. However, they do not share their grief with each other until one day Nandini calls Harish to say that she cannot live like this separately from him. Harish rushes to Nandini and both of them find solace in the house of Kiran, an orphan who becomes a big business man with the support of the elderly couple. Kiran also gives them the house that they were living for 40 years as a gift to them and in return, Harish gives the booker prize money to Kiran he gets as a result of writing the book 'E Bandhana' based on his experiences. He announces Kiran to be his son and discards his real children at the award function and teaches a lesson to his kids.

Presentation:
Director Vijayalakshmi Singh who is making her debut has come out with an above average presentation. The narration and presentation has been done well by her and the fact that Dr Vishnu plays the lead role is an icing on the cake. He has the poise and emotion to carry out a role like this. The presence of the gorgeous Jayaprada is an added beauty to the film and the role of Ananth Nag as Harish's friend who recommends him to write the book is very interesting. Darshan as Kiran excels in his performance. Mano Murthy has come out with a hit in his music and the highlight is the song by Sonu Nigam and Shreya Goshal. Ajay Vincent marvels with his camera and other technical departments have contributed equally well.

Conclusion:
A good subject for mature audience and handled very well from the start till the end. All things have gone well for the movie, the cast has been outstanding, the technical departments have done a super job, the presentation and narration is perfect. The movie continues with a steady pace and never lets the audience feel bored for a moment.
