AK 56 Sandalwood Movie Review

Story: An action packed tale, the story is about Ajay (siddanth) who gets caught in the wrong web as a terrorist just because he has delivered a car keys with a consignment. He is brought to the Hindalga jail. However, his mother decides to get him out and takes the help of four youth. He comes out and decides to save the lives of innocent people who get tagged as terrorists for no fault of theirs. They also manage to avert the blast of the KRS dam from the real terrorists. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

AK 56 Kannada Cinema Review

Presentation: The director has come up with a thought provoking storyline and while the presentation was power packed, the narrative was upto the mark. The dialogues were good at places, the script was written with some appeal but screenplay was appealing. Background score was average and songs were hummable. Cinematography was the highlight for the film. Editing was decent. Costumes were natural and stylish while the art department was good. Dr Siddanth has worked hard for the role and proved his mettle in action and romance. Sherin looks sizzling hot and she provides a visual feast with her oomph factor. Atul Kulkarni was excellent. Suchindra Prasad was neat. Sumalatha was apt.

AK 56 Filem Review

Conclusion: The intent of the filmmaker should be appreciated as it deals with the situation the lawmakers are in. While they have their own pressures, it was good to show how the youth are being targeted. While the first half goes on a lighter note with few elements of romance and comedy, the second half goes on an action packed mode. The stunt sequences and fights are worth praising. As such, the film is low in content but it is the packaging which is worthy. At the box office, this would land in profit zone easily.
