Utt Pataang Bollywood Movie Review
Story:
A one night tale, the story begins with Ram (vinay) who is on the verge of a breakup and on the other hand, a financial dealing has gone wrong. Ram's friend (saurabh shukla) is a detective and he gets onto the job. Then comes another heartbroken woman (mona singh) followed by a gangster Lucky (vinay again) obsessed with French. He also has a girl (mahie gill) craving for money. Now begins the real game and each of them is trying to double-cross each other. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was alright, the narrative was interesting. The dialogues were good, the script was written with great focus and the screenplay was gripping. Background score was apt. Cinematography is the highlight. Editing was the best in the lost. Costumes were regular while the art department was rich. Yet again, Vinay Pathak comes up with a strong performance in both roles, he was adorable. Mahie Gill was excellent, Saurabh Shukla delivered with impact, Mona Singh was matured and nice. Sanjay Mishra was standard, Murli Sharma made his presence felt.

Conclusion:
It is not often that one gets to see movies of such genres and this one has proved to be a good choice. While the first half is about the protagonist and his unfilled desire to excel, the second half gets quite racy and will keep the people in good humour. Overall, this is a film that will connect with the multiplex audience and also to the front benchers. All this seems to indicate a profit zone to the producer.
