Tum Milo Toh Sahi Bollywood Movie Review
A tale of three love stories, the first one is between the rather eccentric Subramanium (nana) and the gracious Delshad Nanji (dimple) who have passed their prime. Then there is Amit (suniel) who has a thing going with Anita (vidya), last but not the least, there is Bikramjeet (Rehan) who is in total love with Shalini (anjana). Incidentally, each couple has got a different bond that links them together. While it is a matter of hearts for Bikram and Shalini, it is more of the minds for Amit and Anita, the thing between Delshad and Subramanium is more to do with soulmate connection. What happens to each of their lives forms the rest of the story.
Tum Milo Toh Sahi Hindi Cinema Review
The director has come up with a sensitive subject and the narrative was a bit weak but the presentation was alright. Dialogues were witty at few places, the script was not in full grip but alright, screenplay could have been better. Background score was not that effective and songs were not appealing. Cinematography was top notch and editing was missing at few joints. Costumes didn't have much work but the art department had the attention for detail. In the performance department, the top spot goes to Nana Patekar followed by Dimple, both have excelled. Suniel was elegant as usual while Vidya is apt for her role, Rehan Khan looked handsome and put in good efforts while Anjana has got that mysterious beauty and charm. Mohnish was matured, Raghav was neat, the others came and did their bit as required.
Tum Milo Toh Sahi Filem Review
The film deals entirely with the subject of love and the backdrop is completely Mumbai. So the permutations of life are depicted well but then there are times when things go plain. While the first half takes off on an interesting note, the second half slows down and there are few idle moments but then the climax is executed in a fine manner so overall it is a well made film. However, this is not for those who want some masala and action, it is more on the softer side with mild pace and dealing with emotions. Commercially, it will appeal to select audience and it has the potential to be a profit grosser.
