Story:
A well knit tale, the story begins with Harpreet Singh (Ranbir) who passes out of college with bare minimum marks and is ready for a job. His passion is to become a salesman and is keen to prove himself on talent. He joins a computer selling firm headed by the shrewd and cut throat businessman Puri (mukesh bhatt). In no time, Harpreet realizes that the world of sales is not black and white and there are many corrupt and gray areas. He is humiliated at every point but he takes it in his stride and decides to prove himself. An idea comes to his mind and for this, he takes the help of technical guy Girish, receptionist Koena (gauhar), his sales manager and the peon as well. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a very interesting concept and both the presentation and narrative are excellent. The dialogues were neat, the script was tight and the screenplay was apt. Background score was appealing and there are no real songs per se except two numbers on the backdrop which are good. Cinematography was neat, editing was crisp, costumes were natural and the art department was realistic. Ranbir Kapoor pulls off yet another intense performance and scores big time, Shazahn looks really cute but she didn't have much to offer in this, Gauhar was alright, Prem Chopra was standard, Mukesh was excellent, Manish was impressive, Santosh was superb, the others contributed very well and added value to the film.

Conclusion:
The film happens to be a realistic and truthful take on the world of sales and marketing. While the first half is more on the entertaining aspect with few lighter moments, it is the second half that changes the entire mood and gets you into a serious and thinking mode. The technical aspects were of good quality but it is the performances that are really captivating. The film will appeal a lot to those in the sales teams and also for the professionals. This is recommended for the youth as well. The film doesn't have any mushy romances or mindless comedy. It is to the point without nonsense and it will appeal to the urban and multiplex audience in a big way.
