Story: A rotten tale,
the story begins with Vivek (gashmeer) who dreams to be a chef in his life and
he comes to Mumbai. His personal life is a pain as his fiancée elopes on the day
of the wedding. However, he finds solace in the company of Preeti (twinkle) and
falls for her. But the problem is that Preeti is in love with Prakash (hiten).
Ironically, the twist is that Prakash happens to be the same guy with whom
Vivek's fiancée has eloped. What happens from there forms the rest of the story. |
Presentation: The
director has come up with a routine tale and he was unable to do much with his
presentation or the narrative. The script was really shallow, the dialogues were
pale, the screenplay was amateurish. Background score didn't have anything to
offer and so were the songs. Cinematography was adequate, editing was bad.
Costumes were trendy and the art department was okay. Gashmeer does his best to
prove but in vain, he needs to work more. Twinkle Patel is okay, she can work on
her expressions and body language though. Sunil, Simran, Chirag, Hiten were all
amateur and couldn't do much. Tiku Talsania was the saving grace with his brief
presence. The others didn't have much to offer. |
Conclusion: The film
runs on a pre-historic storyline and such themes have been visited thousand
times before. While the first half goes with the regular elements of romance,
dream and sentiment, the other half also repeats the same but with a negligible
twist. Neither the concept nor the performances or the content is appealing
enough for the audience to really sit and watch it completely. This is bound to
sink at the box office soon.
Bharatstudent Verdict: Old and stale, can be ignored |
