Story:
A dull tale, the story begins with two friends Rishi (rehan) and Sunny (akshay) who are like the best of buddies and are aspiring to become great dancers. However, the story takes a turn when Sunny falls in love with Rishi's sister Jeel (bhavna) and then realizes that she has a strong desire to become a dancer. So Sunny takes it on him to guide her but in this process, the painful past of Rishi comes up and he cuts all ties with Sunny. Things get complicated with more twists and turns and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director came up with a dance based theme but the narrative and the presentation failed to impress. The dialogues were dull, the script was not strong and the screenplay was quite weak. Music was a consolation and cinematography managed to catch few good shots. Editing was raw, costumes were trendy and the art department was rich. Akshay Kapoor gave a good performance, and so did Rehan Khan. Sheena looked sensuous and has done her bit well, Bhavna is beautiful, Sabina and Siddhant were competent and did their moves well. Both Vinod Khanna and Mahesh Manjrekar were completely wasted. The others did not do much.

Conclusion:

The film happens to be filled with dance but then there is no story or plot to be precise. While the first half goes about with the friendship and romance, the second half deals with the separation of friends, the eventual melodrama, a flashback and finally the culmination of the climax. There is not good connection between each scene which is another setback. Though the dance performances have been good, that's the only part of this movie. The rest is stale.

Bharatstudent Verdict: Ignore it.
