Presentation:
The director has come up with a typically mythical storyline but then he tries to make it convincing with a good presentation while the narrative could have been better. The dialogues are overdone, the script was okay, the screenplay was adequate, background score was alright but the songs were not upto the mark barring two. Cinematography was a visual delight, editing could have been better, the costumes were amazing while the art department was fabulous. Shahid Kapoor does justice to his role and carries it well, Anupam Kher is good, Poonam Dhillon is apt, Dalip Tahil was effective, Rakhi Sawant was not required, Sherlyn Chopra was artificial, Rati Agnihotri was ravishing, the real showstealer however was Rani Mukherjee who infuses life into her character and also the film. The others did their bit upto the required standard.
